Job Responsibilities
As part of Infosys’ Employee Relations Team, your role will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Driving initiatives that create a vibrant and inclusive work environment.
- Promoting health, wellness, and emotional support programs.
- Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling
- Managing workplace grievances and disciplinary processes effectively.
- Providing counseling and support to employees.
- Employee Care Programs
- Designing and implementing wellness-focused interventions.
- Collaboration with Local Authorities
- Coordinating with local authorities as required. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills
